For the M-85 expressway expansion near the Hungarian and Austrian border, we engineered a specialized curing gantry to support the construction of the 780 meter long Vienna Hill tunnels. Designed to operate in perfect synchronization with the formwork, our solution featured a custom covered metallic structure equipped with an automated sprinkle system. This allowed SDD Konzorcium to maintain precise control over humidity and temperature, ensuring optimal concrete curing conditions and superior structural durability for this critical cross-border infrastructure.
