Cortanovci

For the modernization of the Belgrade Budapest railway line in Serbia, we delivered a high performance engineering solution for the 1150 meter long Cortanovci tunnel. Facing complex geomechanical challenges and landslide risks, we deployed specialized steel formwork with TET 04 trolleys and PERI UP Flex reinforcement scaffolds. Our system enabled simultaneous work on both tunnel pipes while maintaining a clear profile for uninterrupted truck passage and material export. By implementing centralized hydraulic controls and a modular design, we significantly accelerated construction cycles for our client AZVIRT, ensuring a safe and reliable workflow even in difficult soil and groundwater conditions.
