Mezno

For the modernization of the Sudoměřice Votice railway line, we delivered a high performance engineering solution for the 840 meter long Mezno tunnel. Partnering with OHL Czech Republic, we implemented a 12 meter long metallic formwork system designed for 70 precise pouring steps across both mined and cut and cover sections. Our solution featured full hydraulic automation for striking and translation, significantly accelerating the construction cycle. Additionally, we utilized the versatile VARIOKIT system for a specialized rebar gantry, ensuring seamless reinforcement installation and superior structural integrity for this vital link in the Czech rail network.
