Cross Cut

As part of the visionary NEOM The Line urban development project in Saudi Arabia, we engineered a specialized cross cut and collar formwork system for two parallel 13 kilometer long tunnels. Partnering with SHAJV, we provided a versatile solution that adapts to the main tunnel geometry, enabling simultaneous pouring to significantly boost site productivity. Featuring rotated wheels for dual direction mobility, our formwork allows for seamless movement from the main tunnel into crosscut sections. This advanced engineering approach ensures the precision and speed necessary for one of the most complex large scale infrastructure developments in the world.
