For a new rail infrastructure project in the Czech Republic, we provided a high performance engineering solution for a 370 meter long railway tunnel. Working alongside HOCHTIEF CZ, we developed custom steel tunnel formwork featuring fully mobile internal and external units that operate entirely without the need for a crane. Our specialized design utilizes advanced hydraulic travels and controls, allowing for a minimum number of switching points to ensure a superior concrete finish and streamlined work cycles. By providing constant onsite support and a precision system capable of navigating a 2,802 meter radius arch, we helped our client successfully execute 37 reinforced concrete belts with maximum efficiency and safety.
